SK Groups’ production embroidery department is comprised of four Tajima industrial embroidery machines, a 12 head, brand new 8 head wide frame (2014), 6 head wide frame and 2 head for a total of 28 embroidery heads. These tubular embroidery machines also have the apparatus to embroider ball caps with a 270 degree embroidery area on the front and sides of the cap. The 8 head and 6 head wide frame embroidery machine allows for embroidery of designs up to 14.5” wide.

The embroidery department has over 75,000 in stock designs that the client can choose from to add their business name or personalization to. We also offer embroidery digitizing services to set up your custom logo as an embroidery file. For a unique look, we offer combined embroidery/silk screened designs and with our on- site laser engraver/cutter we offer custom appliqué designs. The embroidery department at SK Group is rivaled by none in Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding areas and is capable of high volume output on a wide variety of products.
